ÖLFLEX®-FD CLASSIC 810 AND 810 CY are the new generation of highly flexible control and connection cables for use in measuring and control circuits but also in power circuits of electrical equipment in automation, assembly and robotics, on and in assembly lines, production lines, in all kinds of machines, especially in wet areas of machine tools and transfer lines with ordinary mechanical duty, for continuously moving applications with small bending radii down to 7,5 x diameter, in power chains or portable machine parts, in moist and wet rooms, but not outdoors. ÖLFLEX®-FD CLASSIC 810 CY with copper braid screening is used for application where EMC is important. |
| ÖLFLEX®-FD CLASSIC 810 is the result of developing the proven LAPP KABEL cable seriesÖLFLEX-FC 800 andÖLFLEX®-FD 850. The high-grade PVC insulation and sheath materials allow optimum, small outer diameters therefore reducing the amount of space required for the cable in power chains and this with drastically reduced minimum bending radii. The ÖLFLEX®-FD CLASSIC 810 cable is designed and qualified for a working life of atleast 5 million alternating bending cycles in power chains. A nominal voltage class of Uo/U: 1 type replaces up to 4 of the previous variations. TheÖLFLEX®-FD CLASSIC 810 CY has copper braid screening with high covering. This screening has a typical transfer impedance of max. 250 Ohm/km at 30 MHz. |
