Cable Make-up

ÖLFLEX^� flat cables are especially suitable for interior use in closed rooms. They are used in conveyor and hoisting equipment, transport installations, and as leads for moving machine parts.

ÖLFLEX^� flat cables do not only comply to the requirements of the harmonized standard H07VVH6-F for PVC flat cables, they also have the following advantages:
a) largely extended temperature range (-15degree Celsius instead of 0 degree Celsius)* b) improved flexibility due to the use of superfine copper strands.*


*Exception:conductor cross section 1,0 mm square.

By definition of VDE, these flat cables can also be used as elevator control cables up to 35 m suspension length and a maximum speed of 1.6 m/sec. The product conforms to EEC directive 73/23 (Low Voltage Directive)CE Cable trolley systems for this cable.

Strands of superfine, plain copper wire,core insulation on PVC basis, cold-resistant,core identification to VDE 0293, protective conductor, sheath of cold-resistant, special PVC-compound, black, flame-retardant.
