Cable Make-up

LAPPTHERM 105 cables are especially suitable for connection to windings (motors, transformators, coils) which are to be exposed to varnishing or drying processes. The cable can resist both varnishing materials and the heat during drying. We also recommend LAPPTHERM 105 for use in plants, devices,switchgear cabinets where higher temperatures occur.

LAPPTHERM 105 with a special insulation based on PVC fulfills the special requirements due to the selected softeners and stabilizers used for the cable. Beside its heat resistance, the special insulation is also resistant to a series of oils, soak varnishes and chemical solutions.

These cables correspond to the previous LAPPTHERM 120. The product conforms to EEC directive 73/23 (Low Voltage Directive)CE "Single cores from 0.25 mm to 10 mm are Available."
